Domestic Shipping Policy
REFUEL.ae ships all items ordered before 2pm on the next business day across the UAE from Monday to Saturday. All Orders received on Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Items Marked Sprint are eligible for a 4-hour delivery service in Dubai from Monday to Saturday. All Sprint Orders received on Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday.

If you choose Sprint delivery, and your order contains both Sprint and regular items, they might not arrive together.
Payment:
Payment on Refuel.ae can be done in 2 forms: via credit cards and cash on delivery.
Returns:
Items purchased from Refuel.ae can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipments. The item should not belong to the Non-Returnable Products and/or Categories. Non-returnable products are marked on the product page of the item. Products have to be in their original packaging, and unused. If you received a damaged product, please make sure to take a picture at time of reception & share with the support team.

Refund:
If you paid via credit card, the amount will be refunded onto your credit card within 14-30 business days from the time of return, or you can opt for store credit (credited within 7 business days).
If you paid Cash on delivery, you will receive store credit for the equivalent amount paid
