Domestic Shipping Policy

REFUEL.ae ships orders across the UAE within 24–72 hours, from Monday to Saturday.
All orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered by Tuesday..

Order Processing Cut-Off Timings

Standard Delivery: 1–3 Working Days (Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM)

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed on the same day and delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the location and courier availability.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day and delivered within 36–72 hours. In some cases, delivery may take up to 4 full working days, depending on the delivery location.

Sprint Delivery (Within 24 Hours – Dubai Only) Except Sundays.

Items marked as Sprint are eligible for delivery within 24 hours in Dubai (Monday to Saturday).

Sprint orders placed on Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday.

Sprint Order Cut-Off Timings

  • Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed within the next 24 hours and delivered within the same 24-hour timeline..

If you choose Sprint delivery, and your order contains both Sprint and regular items, they might not arrive together.

Please note that some areas in Dubai are not eligible for Sprint delivery.
Before selecting Sprint at checkout, customers are advised to verify their location using the Sprint eligibility map.

If the selected area is not covered under Sprint service, the order will be processed under standard delivery timelines.

Payment on Refuel.ae can be done in 2 forms: via credit cards and cash on delivery.

Returns: 

Items purchased from Refuel.ae can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipments. The item should not belong to the Non-Returnable Products and/or Categories. Non-returnable products are marked on the product page of the item. Products have to be in their original packaging, and unused. If you received a damaged product, please make sure to take a picture at time of reception & share with the support team.

Refund:

If you paid via credit card, the amount will be refunded onto your credit card within 14-30 business days from the time of return, or you can opt for store credit (credited within 7 business days).

If you paid Cash on delivery, you will receive store credit for the equivalent amount paid

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using our secure payment options.
