4) Earn your U cash once your delivery is completed. You will find your balance in “My account” section.
5) Redeem your U Cash on any category on the next order with us!
6) The more U Cash you Accumulate, the more you earn!
Expiration
If you do not spend your earned U Cash within 1 year (12 months) from the date earned, your amount will expire and be automatically deducted from your balance. There can be no refunds for expired U Cash.
Returns
If you choose to return an item from which you earned U Cash, the amount of U Cash earned from the returned item will be deducted from your balance once we process your return. If this U Cash has already been used we will deduct the equivalent amount from the total credited to your original payment method.
Terms & Conditions
REFUEL.ae reserves the right to change or end the U Cash rewards program at any time. Any U Cash earned prior to termination of this program will be honored according to the terms and conditions of the program. U Cash is worth its face value equivalent to the United Arabs Dirhams on REFUEL.ae - but has no cash value beyond REFUEL.ae. U Cash can only be redeemed toward the purchase price of another REFUEL.ae order, and can never be exchanged for cash or credit back to a credit card. U Cash is non-transferrable and expires after 12 months. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward order totals used to calculate U Cash earnings, and conversely, redeemed U Cash does not detract from your eligible earnings total. You must be logged into your REFUEL.ae customer account to access and redeem your existing U Cash balance as well as to earn new U Cash.
