The traditional pasta of Antichi Poderi Toscani is artisanally made with wheat germ. The slow drying at a low temperature gives them a rich and unique taste. This linguine with squid ink is the recipe par excellence from the Italian coast. Enjoy it with octopus or seafood in a sauce with garlic, parsley, white wine and olive oil.
