“Siamo d'un'altra Pasta”
Made with durum wheat semolina from Tuscany, processed with artisan methods, bronze drawn and dried at low temperature.
The pasta is distinguished by the fact that it contains the wheat germ, the heart of the wheat grain, which is restored to the flour by Pastificio Morelli, as it is processed immediately while it is still fresh, using artisanal methods.
It has a quick cooking time and an excellent texture. This pasta can be mixed with nettles, tomato or salmon gliolini as they all have the same cooking time (5 minutes). It is ideal with fresh truffle or simply with tomato sauce or creamy cheeses.
Ingredients: durum wheat flour , pasteurized eggs , wheat germ . May contain traces of: eggs, fish, molluscs.
