Ingredients: Wholegrain jumbo oats (45%), mixed seeds (11%) (chia seeds (salvia hispanica), pumpkin seeds, flax seeds), raisins, complete plant protein blend (10%) (pea protein isolate, brown rice protein), raw muscovado sugar, fat reduced cocoa (7%), organic raw cocao nibs (5%), chicory root fibre, mixed spices, sea salt.
